Please book if you know you are available for the amount of time needed for your appointment, lash extensions are a luxury service and the service can not be rushed.
- If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you are able to transfer your deposit of $10 over to new appointment.
- If you cancel your appointment the day of appointment you will need to book a new appointment, with new deposit.
10 Min grace period, after there is a $10 fee. 15 Mins late your appointment is canceled.
No call NO show will result in being banned from booking any services.
No extra people or you will NOT be serviced. This is supposed to be a relaxed time for you and also me please be mindful of that. I would much rather you reschedule rather then be told you cant receive your services due to having plus ones!
